Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To open an account and use the services on 777ace, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be a legally capable individual with the authority to enter into contracts in their own name.
• Must be accessing from a location where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws.
• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

Providing accurate and complete information when opening an account is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and any stored balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777ace may request identity verification from a user before withdrawal or at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 777ace reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus terms and conditions at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in permanent account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their wagering volume and activity. Cashback is calculated every week and credited directly to the account.

• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions during unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or a compromised password.

The maximum liability in any circumstance will be limited to the total funds in the user's account at that time.

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 At the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding bonus wagering must be completed before account closure, otherwise the bonus will be considered void. Any valid balance will remain withdrawable.

10.2 At 777ace's Initiative

In the event of a terms violation, 777ace reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice. Funds obtained through fraudulent means may be forfeited in such cases.
